  • Sexual Harassment Policy

    SL Staffing does not tolerate sexual harassment. Sexual harassment may include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other unwelcome verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature when such conduct creates an offensive, hostile, and intimidating working environment and prevents an individual from effectively performing the duties of their position. Human Resources must be notified immediately any violation of our Sexual Harassment Policy.

  • No call no show policy

    If for some unexpected reason, such as an emergency or illness, I cannot make it to work or will be late, I will contact SL Staffing, as soon as possible so that they can contact the customer directly. Failure to do so may be grounds for dismissal for “No Call No Show” which indicates that I have quit. I must call within 2 hours of my shift.

  • Weekly check-in policy

    I understand that I am required to check in online at www.slstaffinginc.com once a week in order to be considered for employment or currently employed and be eligible for additional assignments. Failure to do so or to accept my assignment will indicate that I have voluntarily quit. I understand that I am expected to complete all assignments that I accept. If I do not complete an assignment, I am indicated that I have quit.

  • Please read carefully: The information provided on this Authorization is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that failure to reveal any prior addresses in the past five years and/or the giving of false or misleading information on my application or in an employment interview may result in the refusal of or separation from employment.

    I authorize the above company and its representatives to make an independent investigation of my background, references, character, past employment, education, criminal records, and for driving positions, motor vehicle information, as required by Section 391.23 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, maintained by public and private organizations.

    I release the above company and/or its representatives from any and all liability, claims or lawsuits in regard to the information obtained from any or all references sources used in verification of my background. I also acknowledge that the above company may be requested to submit certain information with the above company to provide such information and release the above company and its representatives from any liability from submitting such information.

    I request and authorize SL STAFFING EMPLOYMENT AGENCY to withhold the below fee(s) for my Background Check from my payroll check. Fee: $20.00
